Shipping takes

To reduce the risk of the package being taken by customs we compile large orders on DVD.

to be delivered in a bubble plastic padded
envelope bag and undamaged, or we will resend
your order for FREE! We ship orders
via Priority Airmail. The parcel is delivered
to your doorstep and you do not need to sign the receipt
on the delivery. |

We do not provide functional
technical support on the software itself. However we DO provide support on helping to install the software in case you have any problem. You can find the
necessary information on the installation also
in the program files (usually called
“Read me”, FAQ or “Help”)
