What do I get when I order something from you?

You get the CD(s) with the software in a padded disc envelope. You also get the activation key, serial number or CD key necessary to activate the software.

How long will shipping take?

Shipping takes from 2 to 14 days depending on country of destination. On average most orders within the European Union are delivered in 2 to 4 day's. Shipping time to the U.S.A is on average 4 to 6 day's.

How much is shipping cost?

Shipping cost is $6.00 flat fee to anywhere in the world, for any amount of CD/DVD!

How do I know this is not a rip-off?

This is a very valid and understandable question. However we have been in business longer then any of our competitors for a reason. Our customers have come to trust us in that period of time and keep coming back to order. We would never have earned this reputation if we did not provide such an excelent after sales support. We are comitted to provide an excelent service towards our customers each and every day.

Is the software also available in other language's besides english?

No, all software is only available in english language.

Help! I don't see the Flash menu and Flash shopping cart!

First download and run the flash uninstaller from Adobe:

Where does this software come from?

The software is shipped from Europe, from the Euro-zone.

Is all the software the full version?

Yes, all software is the full retail version, we do NOT sell ripped or academic versions.

Can you provide a tracking number for the package ?

The orders are shipped by means of Priority Airmail.
Unfortunately, this postal service does not provide the customers with any tracking information.

I ordered a large list of programs but received all of them on a few DVD's instead of cd's?

To reduce the risk of the package being taken by customs we compile large orders on DVD.

How is my order shipped?

Every order is guaranteed to be delivered in a bubble plastic padded envelope bag and undamaged, or we will resend your order for FREE! We ship orders via Priority Airmail. The parcel is delivered to your doorstep and you do not need to sign the receipt on the delivery.

Where do I get technical support?

We do not provide functional technical support on the software itself. However we DO provide support on helping to install the software in case you have any problem. You can find the necessary information on the installation also in the program files (usually called “Read me”, FAQ or “Help”)
